Q : What is NZ Directory's main purpose?
To showcase New Zealand services and products to the world.
Q : How do I use NZ Directory?
We offer a number of options with which you can browse or search our directory services with. You may either browse through our directory categories through the main directory page or to find what you are looking for faster, you can use our advanced search options. Simply type in a word, website or product that your looking for and press the search button, it's that simple!
Q : How do I add my website to NZ Directory?
You may submit your website for inclusion in to our directory services through the add / update a listing page, where we offer a number of different listing options, including free reciprocal linking and paid business listings.
Q : How long till my website is added to NZ Directory?
Basic website listings can take between 7 - 14 business days for inclusion in to our services,
where paid listing options are processed within 24 - 48 hours.
Q : Does my website listing ever expire?
Free basic and paid basic website listings never expire from our directory and search services. All paid listing options have a 1 year display period, with the choice to renew at the end of each yearly period or are downgraded to a basic lifetime listing.
Q : How can I update my website listing?
If you wish to update your website listing, you may do so for free by clicking on the add / update a listing or business listing options links in the top menu and choosing the current listing option you have active for your website. Then selecting the "Updating Existing Listing" option and adding your new site details.
Q : Which websites do you accept?
We only accept New Zealand owned and operated websites. If a website is submitted
and we can not determine if it is a New Zealand website or not, it will not be accepted. We also do not accept any websites with violence,
hate or nudity related topics. Websites that clearly state that they are overseas based will be declined without notice.
Q : What is a reciprocal link?
When adding your website, our submission form will ask you for a reciprocal link. Which means the url (link)
to where our websites banner or text link has been placed on your website. More information can be found within our reciprocal linking article.
Q : What type of advertising options do you offer?
We focus on offering target website listing options within our directory and search services. These range from free and paid basic listing options to full page business profiles.
Q : How do I setup an advertising campaign with you?
Once your order has been placed and all advertising material received, we will set you up a client account with us, where you are able to maintain your business details, invoice and payment options. Once your payment has been processed any advertising service will be setup within 24 - 48 hours.
Q : Which payment method can I use?
We accept Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, American Express (through Paypal).
Q : Are all your services in NZ dollars?
Yes, all services shown on NZ Directory are in New Zealand dollar value ($NZD).
Q : What security do you offer over my personal details?
We use our own secure and reliable server systems. All information, invoice details, client business details are kept in our service records only, able to be accessed by each client when required. This information is not used for any other type of promotion or third party businesses in any way.
