Directory Listings

All businesses and websites submitted must be owned and operated within New Zealand. The submitted URL should be a proper domain name and not an IP address.

Free listings are asked to place a reciprocal link back to NZ Directory, unless a business listing option has been selected, this link MUST be on the same URL as that submitted.

Free listings and basic business listings never expire from our directory and search services. All business listing options have a 1 year display period, with the choice to renew at the end of each yearly period or are downgraded to a lifetime basic business listing for free.

Review and inclusion for free listings can take up to 14 business days, business listing options are included within 24 hours from time of order.

By definition of 'never expires/no expiration' , 'unlimited display' and 'yearly display', 'lifetime listing', is based on the overall ownership and activity of NZ Directory. Although there are no plans in the coming future of our website closing or changing ownership in any way, there is no guarantee what may happen or can happen for unknown reasons at this present time. Therefore no refunds are given on any type of active or ongoing service a client may have with us.

Anti-Spam Policy

Customers will be contacted by email when their order has been processed and service activated, this includes invoices, receipts and updates related to the active service(s).

Subscribed advertisers may receive our free monthly newsletter mailings, with the option to unsubscribe at any time without any obligations or charges. All newsletter mailings are sent under the New Zealand Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and in correspondence with our general terms and conditions as outlined within this document.

Privacy Policy

Any information submitted through our website not be passed on to any other party, organization or company, nor will this be displayed on any other website/service through us.

Payment Information

We accept PayPal, Credit Card - Visa, Master Card and American Express payments through Paypal.

By submitting information and purchasing a service through our order forms you are legally by law obliged to complete your purchase unless an official reason of cancellation is given.

All services provided through our website are non-refundable once setup or processed.

Ongoing Services

For extended services an invoice 7 business days prior to the expiration date will be sent.
