In April 2015 I purchase some Liquor from TopshelveLiquor
online payment through there website
It is now nearly 25 day since paid
I phone but the phone number is no longer in service
no reply to my many emails.
no item recvd
Is this Company finished up.or Bankrupt ???????
I spoke to other people - they are in the same boat
